Why donate?

Your generous gift to CBB can make a significant impact in numerous ways:

  • Offer financial assistance to kids that would otherwise be unable to attend camp
  • Add to the immersive programming at CBB
  • Assist in building or improving CBB facilities

Send a Kid to Camp

All proceeds go towards our “Send a Kid to Camp’ Program – giving a child the opportunity to experience the outdoors, learn new skills and develop life-long friendships while enhancing Jewish affiliation, values, traditions, and community.

We are always looking for ways to improve our facilities, renovate old and outdated spaces to uphold safety standards to accommodate our CBB family.

Leave a Legacy Gift

Camp B’nai Brith of Ottawa, along with thirteen other local Jewish organizations, have made a commitment to work together in support of the future of the Ottawa Jewish community. Together with the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF), we are implementing the Life & Legacy program to help ensure the continuation of CBB of Ottawa.

L’dor v’dor “from generation to generation” – help us celebrate 85 years by ensuring CBB of Ottawa remains for many years to come and stays apart of your family’s legacy.

Space & Building Naming Opportunities

Would you like to see your family name in camp?

Sponsor a renovation in camp and we will add a plaque to the building or space in your family name. Examples of renovations and updates that are needed are below:

  • Renovate a cabin
  • Sponsor a picnic bench
  • Renovate the beach shack
  • Renovate the Mess Hall
  • Renovate the Rec Hall
  • Renovate the pool shack
  • Renovate the Soffice (original Office)
  • Renove the Counselor’s Lounge
  • Help us build and outfit a new Culinary Studio

Challenging a Group of Donors

We can help you and a group of like-minded donors establish an on-line fundraising campaign with a specific financial target such as to fund a cabin upgrade, new sports equipment or musical instruments.  We will set up your “campaign” through CanadaHelps.org, providing links to your donation page(s) that highlight your progress and recognize individual contributions.
